THOUSIF INCORPORATED is a publishing company that operates content platforms globally. We use artificial intelligence as a tool to research, create, and publish content across our brands. This policy explains how we use it, where we draw the line, and how we keep our content accurate, original and trustworthy.
Our approach
We use AI to support our work, not to replace judgement. Every brand we operate is held to the same principle: content is published to help readers, not to manipulate search rankings. AI helps us work faster and at a larger scale, but responsibility for what we publish always rests with THOUSIF INCORPORATED.
How we use AI
Depending on the brand and format, we may use AI tools for:
- Research support: gathering background, summarising sources and identifying topics our readers care about.
- Drafting and editing: outlining, improving clarity, checking grammar and adapting tone.
- Translation and localisation: preparing content for our regional editions and international audiences.
- Visual content: creating illustrations, graphics and imagery.
- Video production: producing AI-assisted video, including work created with our sister company, AI Mohalla.
- Automated publishing: some of our news and update products use automated systems to collect, organise and summarise information.
What we do not use AI for
We do not use AI to:
- Fabricate facts, quotes, statistics, sources or events.
- Create fake authors, invented credentials or AI-generated photos presented as real people.
- Impersonate real individuals, organisations or brands.
- Mass-produce pages that add no value for readers.
- Copy, rewrite, or disguise other publishers’ work as our own.
Human oversight
AI output is a starting point, not a finished product. Our team reviews, edits, and adds original insight, experience, and context to AI-assisted content before it represents our brands. Where content is produced through automated systems, we design and monitor those systems to meet the same standards of accuracy and usefulness as the rest of our work.
Transparency and disclosure
We believe readers deserve to know how content is made. Where AI has played a substantial role in creating content, we aim to make that clear:
- AI-generated images and video are identified as such where readers might reasonably assume they are real.
- AI characters, presenters and personas used by our brands are identified as AI, not presented as real people.
- Automated content is described as automated where its nature would otherwise be unclear.
Accuracy and corrections
AI tools can make mistakes. We verify important facts against reliable sources and correct errors promptly when they are found. If you believe any content on our platforms is inaccurate, please contact us, and we will review it.
Originality and copyright
Our content is created to offer original value. We respect intellectual property and do not use AI to reproduce copyrighted material. Where we draw on other sources, we add our own analysis and perspective, and credit sources where appropriate.
Privacy and data
We do not enter readers’ personal information or confidential business data into AI tools, except where a tool is used under appropriate safeguards and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Advertising and platform standards
Content across our brands is created to comply with the policies of the platforms and advertising partners we work with, including their standards for original, valuable, and transparent content.
Changes to this policy
AI technology and best practices are evolving quickly. We review this policy regularly and update it as our tools and standards develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
