Sources close to the couple confirm that the breakup was amicable and not dramatic, saying their relationship had run its course.
Both stars’ representatives have not yet commented on the matter.
The 33-year-old singer, who has been busy with her “Eras Tour” since March 17, has seen fans notice Alwyn’s absence at her concerts.
In the past, a couple’s friend mentioned that Alwyn would travel with Swift when possible and supported her career.
The couple, who met at the 2016 Met Gala, has kept their relationship private, despite constant public speculation.
Swift and Alwyn have been at the center of engagement rumors on multiple occasions, with fans even believing the couple may have secretly married.
However, these rumors have never been confirmed.
Alwyn once told WSJ Magazine that he would not disclose their relationship status even if he did propose.
Swift and Alwyn have spoken about their decision to keep their relationship private.
The actor told British Vogue in 2018 that they had successfully maintained privacy, while Swift shared similar sentiments in her 2020 documentary, “Miss Americana,” emphasizing their mutual happiness.

Swift’s “Eras Tour” will continue with a series of shows in Tampa, Florida, from April 13-15.
