This gathering was more than just a conference; it was a melting pot of ideas where dynamic minds collaborated to explore paths toward global peace and sustainable development.
A Meeting of Young Minds
The dialogue featured diverse international youth representatives like Noah Shenoy, Akhomsanh Chanmany, and Liu Jiaxin. They shared their experiences with Chinese-style modernization in various provinces like Zhejiang, Guizhou, and Inner Mongolia.
Their stories highlighted the practical steps taken in different regions of China to promote progress and unity.
Liu Kai, Deputy Secretary-General of the All-China Youth Federation, emphasized the importance of these intercultural dialogues.
“When young people from different nations come together to discuss common issues and propose innovative solutions, we lay the groundwork for increased mutual understanding and friendship,” he noted.
Siddharth Chatterjee, UN Resident Coordinator in China, echoed this sentiment.
He spoke about the growing cooperation among young people worldwide and expressed hope that these efforts would continue to build a brighter future for everyone.
A Call for Global Cooperation

Meanwhile, Li Tingting, Director of the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange, expressed her desire to build more bridges between students from different countries, fostering even greater collaboration among the world’s youth.
The event was not just about speeches. A comprehensive survey of 1,362 participants from 78 countries identified the ten most critical issues facing today’s global youth.
These ranged from artificial intelligence and renewable energy to peace, security, and cultural diversity.
Guo Yong, Vice Chairperson of the University Council at Tsinghua, unveiled these findings, underscoring the dialogue’s role in shaping a responsive global youth agenda.
Building a Network for the Future
