This move allows AWS customers to easily access SyncWords’ advanced solutions for live streams and events. The company offers per-minute pricing and flexible bulk packages for scalable operations.

Seamless Integration with AWS Elemental

SyncWords is fully compatible with AWS Elemental services, delivering real-time captions, subtitles, and voice translations powered by AI.

The platform integrates with AWS Elemental MediaLive, MediaPackage, and MediaConnect to support live video streams and Amazon IVS for low-latency video delivery.

This integration helps broadcasters and OTT streamers generate automatic captions and translations in over 100 languages.

“SyncWords allows AWS Elemental clients to incorporate live captioning and translations into their streaming workflows seamlessly,” said Giovanni Galvez, VP of Business Development at SyncWords.

Advanced Features for Real-Time Broadcasting

SyncWords’ cloud-based platform supports unlimited concurrent live streams with real-time captions and translations, eliminating the need for hardware and licensing.

Its features include framerate support, HEVC codec for optimized video quality, and custom ASR dictionaries to fine-tune accuracy for different languages.

Proven Success at Global Events

SyncWords has already demonstrated its capabilities in high-profile events like the Paris Olympics and Paralympics, delivering 13,000 hours of live closed captions in multiple languages.

Real Madrid’s Sports Values project has also used the platform, which offers real-time translations in English and French.

SyncWords’ availability on AWS Marketplace marks a significant step in enhancing accessibility for live streams and events.

It provides broadcasters with AI-powered captioning and translation services that are scalable, flexible, and easy to integrate.
